Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
I am the Founder and Clinical Director of Pacific Path Consulting, a provider of therapy services for children diagnosed with autism and other neurodiverse conditions. Having earned a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, I possesses a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of effective behavior therapy. I have also attained a post-graduate certificate in Disability and Applied behaviour analysis. With a career spanning over a decade in behavior therapy, I have evolved from a Community Support Worker to a Behavior Interventionist, and ultimately to a Board Certified Behaviour Anaylst. Throughout my journey, I have worked in various settings, including homes, clinics, schools and communities, providing tailored therapy to children as young as 18 months to as old as 29 years. I am also a registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) in BC. As both a professional and a mother, I understand the significance of effective teaching and the vital role of parental support and advocacy in your journey. When I'm not working, you can find me spending time outdoors, whether it's camping or hiking. I also treasure quality time spent with my daughter, embracing the simple joys of parenthood and creating lasting memories together.

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
Shabnam is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and RASP Certified – Category A, with a Master of Education degree concentrated in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Behavior Analysis through The Chicago School.
Since 2011, Shabnam has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and individuals with other neurodiverse conditions. She has served as a Behavior Consultant since 2017 and has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex behavioral challenges.
Shabnam is passionate about early intervention and providing training to parents, behavior interventionists, and schools to address and support the unique needs of each child. She is fluent in both English and Farsi, and can provide services in Farsi upon request.

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
I was born and raised in Hong Kong, and my journey in studying abroad began in college. After earning my psychology degree from the University of Minnesota, I embarked on my career working with neurodivergent children in 2017. Subsequently, I pursued a master's degree in School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York. Currently, I work as a licensed school psychologist at a school district during the day and serve as a behavior consultant in the evening.
My extensive experience involves working with preschool-aged children with ASD in both home and school settings. I have addressed a broad spectrum of skills, including emotional regulation skills, social skills, daily living skills, etc. With a background in psychology, I possess in-depth knowledge of psychoeducational assessments and instructional support. In addition, I have provided counseling support to middle-school and high-school-aged clients, integrating behavior principles to promote positive changes in behavior.
I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. I am capable of providing services in Chinese upon request.

Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst
Srishti is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with a passion for supporting children and families through compassionate, individualized care. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University and over 10 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental differences across home, school, and clinic settings. She also has a Post Baccalaureate in Applied Behavior Analysis through Capilano Univeristy and a Bachelors of Science in Health Science through Simon Fraser University.
Her approach centers on building strong, trusting relationships with both clients and their families. She truly believes that meaningful progress comes from collaboration, consistency, and celebrating every success—big or small. She specializes in behavior reduction, skill acquisition, caregiver training, and creating supportive, enriching environments where children and their support system can thrive.
