The group is supervised by a Behaviour Consultant (BCBA) and implemented by trained Behaviour Interventionists (BIs). Sessions are structured, play-based, and designed to target fine motor development through engaging, hands-on activities.
Children participate in small groups to allow for individualized support, with activities broken down into manageable steps and taught using prompting and special interests. Skills are practiced through guided crafts, fine motor stations, and structured play, with opportunities for repetition and skill-building.
Staff provide ongoing support, model skills, and adjust activities to meet each child’s needs, helping build confidence, independence, and success in a supportive environment.
