
Alison has been working as a speech-language pathologist since September 2020. Her professional interests lie in complex communication disorders, alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), adaptive literacy, and motor speech disorders. She places a high value on family centred practice and parental collaboration, and prefers a play-based approach to teaching new skills. When Alison is not working, she enjoys reading mystery novels, camping, concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Tess Fairburn a Speech Language Pathologist registered with CSHBC and certified through SAC. She completed her Masters in Science with The School of Audiology and Speech Sciences at the University of British Columbia and has been working in paediatric private practice ever since. Building rapport is a foundational aspect of her practice and she enjoys discovering what each of her clients are interested in and passionate about. Parents are experts in their children and she strongly believes in guiding parents to become their child’s best communication support. Tess's professional interests in complex communication disorders and Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). She is certified in Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS), Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, and PEERS for Adolescents.

Parisha is a speech-language assistant with a genuine love for working with children and supporting their communication journeys through warm, individualized care. She completed her undergraduate studies in Speech Sciences at the University of British Columbia and is working toward her long-term goal of becoming a licensed speech-language pathologist.
Working with children is the most rewarding part of her role. She enjoys building meaningful connections and creating therapy sessions that are engaging, playful, and motivating. Parisha is naturally energetic and enjoys being physically active, often incorporating movement, music, and dancing into her sessions to support learning and keep children excited and involved. She strives to create a positive, supportive environment where each child feels confident, valued, and empowered in their communication growth.
