The group is supervised by a Behaviour Consultant (BCBA) and implemented by trained Behaviour Interventionists (BIs). Sessions are structured, play-based, and designed to support social engagement and skill development through board games, strategy games, and arcade-style activities.
Teens participate in small groups to allow for individualized support, with games introduced and taught using clear step-by-step instructions, modeling, and prompting as needed. Game rules and strategies are broken down into manageable parts to support understanding and participation.
